I can't believe he is 7!!! This year for Broden's birthday we did a creepy crawly birthday party. For breakfast he wanted cinnamon rolls in bed of course. The kids were on school holiday, so we didn't have to rush and get ready for school. We spent the day getting ready for his party.
I don't think I was prepared for the amount of energy that comes with 5 little boys. They were crazy for the first 20 minutes, until Blake took them in the toy room to shoot the bugs on the window. Even when they were eating pizza they were crazy. Usually crazy energetic boys are fine, but with Broden not having the full go ahead from his doctor to wrestle and do all normal activities I was a little nervous. It turned out fine though. They shot bugs with nerf guns, boys against girls. Then they took turns hiding bugs and finding them. And finally cake, icecream and presents! The cake with the worms was a big hit! Blake even let everyone grab worms right off the cake and eat them. GROSS!!
We love our Broden and how sweet he is. He is constantly asking what he can do to help and thinking of nice things to make for others. He is getting good at reading and great at Math. We are so proud of him and especially grateful to celebrate another birthday with him this year!!!
